Time to Leave the Nest

Time to leave the nest! Both mama duck and peahen have gotten off their nests after a month's work on sitting and hatching their babies. The babies are up and moving around with a watchful mother hovering over them.

Can You Find Waldo (baby peafowl)?

Look for the baby peafowl under the mama "Queenie".

More Babies!

Not only do we have ducklings but also baby peafowls! See proud papa "Rainbow" & dedicated mama "Queenie"

Barnyard Babies

We Have Barnyard Babies!! Mama duck has been sitting on a huge nest of eggs under the goat house this last month. Well surprise, we now have two little ducklings today with maybe more of the gaggle to come.

Fabulous Purses Found

The last several weeks I have been all over Southern California finding fantastic purses new and used. I've been of course to my favorite boutique store in Vista, Ca which is close to home. But have also been traveling on fun adventures to antique stores and shows from San Diego to Irvine and all the way to Long Beach. I will be listing these beauties throughout the weekend. There is a vintage beaded Lindsey Blake clutch purse, two incredible Vera Pelle handbags, a nice white Baby Phat purse, two Etienne Aigner bags, Pink Apt. 9 leather purse, black NYC by Perlina brand new purse, a black Sabina NY Tote, gorgeous Kathy Van Zealand purse and finally a fun Emille M. handbag.

What wonderful treasures I have found for you!

Skeeter the Mouser

Skeeter caught a mouse in our house!

When he is not playing dress up he is also a good mouser which is a definite plus when living in the country!
